Depending on the features and needs of your business we can offer different solutions for different types of supermarkets and hypermarkets.
We have our range of
bake off PLUMA ovens available, of
small size but
with professional design, to bake with 6 or 8 trays, allows baking a wide variety of products (in dough or part baked) with high quality baking.
To combine with the bake off PLUMA ovens, there are PLUMA provers,
ISOPAN MINI retarder provers, steam boxes, tray-support tables,
ISOGLAS freezing and maintenance chambers (-20ºC).
If your baking needs are of larger capacity, we propose the
TERMIC rack convection ovens, for 15 to 18 trays capacity, from 700x500 mm. These are suitable ovens for all types of bakery (direct or part baked) and pastry dough, with excellent baking quality.
If you prefer
traditional baking quality similar to baking on stone oven, and the
advantages of baking on a rack, we recommend the
rack thermal oil STATIC oven, which will also bring greater
productivity thanks to the thermal oil technology, completely
regular baking and great
production versatility. Available from 5m2 of baking surface.
Although if your concept of selling point requires a deck oven, we recommend you the
MULTIC refractory deck thermal oil oven, from 2,5m2
baking surface, allowing baking in different formats.
