ADPAN gluten-free products baked in STATIC thermo-oil ovens

20 years of experience producing gluten-free products combined with the continuous investment in research and development of new products has consolidated them as a benchmark in the gluten-free and allergen-free market (gluten free, soy free, no nuts, no eggs, no seeds, without milk and without peanuts).
Its main goal is to guarantee the food safety and quality of its products, to improve life quality of people with food allergies.

ADPAN is in a process of expansion that has the enlargement and modernization of its factory among its main lines of development. Modernizing processes and controls without losing its artisan distinctive is their challenge.
"This combination of tradition and modern, of past and future, together with the passion for what we do are our hallmark," explains Mr. Posada, Adpan's Managing Director.
Its new plant of more than 3.000 m2 has 4 independent manufacturing lines. As for the baking, ADPAN relied on STATIC PLUS thermal oil rack ovens. Mr.Posada, very satisfied with the baking quality of the STATIC ovens.
"With the STATIC ovens we obtain a great regularity of the product, which gives us the tranquillity of being able to offer always the same top quality that the customer want. More customers and more loyal” states Mr.Posada satisfied.
In regards baking he says, "baking with radiant heat with thermal fluid gives a strength to the dough that has nothing to do with other baking systems. The change from convection to radiation has been very advantageous for us given the complexity of the gluten-free dough. Now, in 3 minutes dough has developed! With 2 thermal-oil STATIC rack ovens we get the production of the 4 rotary ovens we had before”.
¿Any more aspects to highlight? "The quality of the crust and the sole that is obtained with radiant heat helps to preserve the humidity inside the product, bread does not dry and is longer fresh and tender once baked".
Finally, he adds that "the temperature of the oven does not fall when the door is opened, there are no waiting times between batches, and so we have reduced the energy consumption".
