Rustiguet is a bakery, manufacturer and distributor of frozen pre-baked bread, pastries and cakes.
With 8 years of activity, its evolution has been amazing. They started with a cibatta machine and a refractory oven, they were 2 professional. At present, they count with a team of 40 people and 2 production plants.
In its production center in Montcada i Reixach (Barcelona), with a daily production of 5,000 kg of flour per day, they have installed two production lines (of baguettes and cibatta), 5 baking ovens, 1 prover and 1 tunnel freezing. From the logistics center in Granollers they manage the daily sales, the stock, the distribution and the delivery.

What is their formula? A team of professionals who leads the project with enthusiasm, high quality selected ingredients, baking tradition in manufacturing processes by taking advantage of current technology, and a clear commitment to innovation.
Rustiguet has a wide range of part-baked frozen products to meet the needs of professional bakery but also bake-off points, restaurants, hotels and catering and large distribution.
A large number of references from bars and specialty breads, sandwiches and rolls, traditional fermented pastries, mini cakes, pastries, salty pastries, pastries list, pizza and pies, pastries, plates ... products of excellent quality, with daily delivery in Barcelona area.

In the baking division, Rustiguet has two convection ovens model TERMIC-80 of GPG GRUPO PRAT GOUET, a classic in rotary baking ovens. They chose a robust oven, ideal for intensive productions, since they have 20 hours per day of real production, 6 days a week.
Sergi Garcia, Industrial Director of Rustiguet and founding partner, is pleased with his choice, especially highlighting its great regularity and uniformity of baking, essential to meet the needs of its most demanding clients. "In the customer quality control at the delivery of the order, if a product did not correspond with its data sheet, the entire order would be returned! We cannot allow the slightest variation", he says.
Another aspect that appreciates of TERMIC ovens is the quantity and quality of steam generated, very important in short baking of part-baked products, to ensure adequate brightness and crust.
